I guess this is a common complaint, but I'm mad at myself for missing three obvious dream signs last night, and failing to experience even one iota of lucidity. It was still a fun dream, and it is always encouraging to remember such vivid detail, but in the final analysis it was a missed opportunity. |

All through the day every day I stop and think about where I am, what I'm doing, who I'm with, whether or not this makes sense, look out for dreamsigns (red/bright lights! glass walls! etc!), do RCs, dream yoga exercises, etc., etc., but awareness only manifests very rarely in the last month in dreams. I have a feeling timing (WBTB?) and sleep conditions really have a major impact, as does deep internal motivation (which is different than simply "really really wanting" to LD). I don't yet do regular meditation. I think that "getting my head in the right place," whatever that means, is the missing piece. And figuring out just what that means is the hard part, since nobody can help you with that. |

Haha last night I didn't gain lucidity even though Brian from family guy and Ariana Grande were there |

LOL!!! Yeah, that would usually be a good tip-off that you're dreaming! Funny how TV and movie characters (both living and deceased) find their way into dreams. Its happened to me several times, and in each instance I failed to question it. Oh well... |
