I like it. It is cool and should be helpful. In the part about hands check your spelling of weird vs wired.

You should go into more detail about WILD's in my opinion, I feel like you made it way too broad since there is a lot to it mentally, and also saying 6 hours and 20-an hour is not that helpful, since when I started out I kept my WBTB to a minute tops, and I'd always wake up 4 hours and 30 minutes after I went to bed, if I went to bed at my usual time.

Very nice, GalMutzafy; you managed to say a lot in just a few minutes, and it made me smile, too. Thanks for sharing!

I wanted to do a simple video, just talking about dream journal, reality checks, sleeping hours and WBTB, because I think its the best technique to use, especially for beginners.

Why is there a tutorial for this? This is an honest question. I have never had a problem with it. I just have a dream and if it is bad I make it good. If I don't like what I do/what happens I change it

Maybe other people have problems with it and don't know how to do it or how many hours of sleep is recommended or what is WBTB.

My mom said something about "if you can't say anything nice,,, something, something" I should have paid more attention, but I suspect it applies here.

It sounds like Macmac is a natural who has just stumbled upon the concept of lucid dream induction. I'm not sure that the post was meant to be rude/critical. Benefit of the doubt for a newbie, perhaps?
