Thread: So how do i stabalize an LD?

Rub your hands together . It works really well for me at least. Anything that involves your senses will work, so you can touch things, smell them, stare at them... etc.
When you become lucid, take a moment to observe the dream. Notice how realistic your environment is. You can also shout things like "increase lucidity!" or "more realism!"
Also, remember to stabilize as often as you can. I usually rub my hands together when I'm walking around or when I'm looking for something to do

Something I've been experimenting with lately is to pick up a small dream object and focus on the physical sensation of it in your hand as you continue your dream.

Hug the ground and concentrate on the texture, also touching objects will help.
