      Need Advice on Lucid Dreaming

I've been having semi-lucid dreams, of which some I can recall. They were short and not too long. I've been attempting to lucid dream for over 3 months and I'd hate to give up doing so, as I really want to get the ability to control my dreams. I appreciate any help or advice!

      Hi,

Can you describe what you mean by semi-lucid dreams?
Are they foggy or something smiliar?

And about them being short you need to do a thing called Stabilization within dream
Aswell with remembering dreams you need Dream Recall

Semi-lucid as in I do have a somewhat odd feeling (most of the time) in the dream, but not enough to trigger a lucid dream in my mind (I only have had about 4-6 semi-lucid dreams.) Also, thank you for those helpful links!

They will literally come with experience.I gave up after getting about 3 of them, which involved semi lucids up the butt. Then I went back to normal dreams with a random LD here and there. Then I had to start over, and get that vague feeling that I get when I know somethings not quite right.I would dream like that until I got lucid, then it's just a matter of getting consistency.I'm currently in the process of doing this little "cycle" again. But I feel the more I get the easier it is to get back on track.Intent also plays a tremendous role in my experience, along with all the stuff we do to induce lucids. This is just my experience, take what you will.My advice is to just have fun with your dreams til you get what your after.Once you get that first LD,and break the matrix or whatever, then you can focus on controlling your dreams..
