      Lucid but Lack of Control over Objectives?

      I have been at lucid dreaming for 3+ months now.

      I am able to lucid however, when i am lucid I seem to be in no control of what I want to do or what I am doing...

      My innermost desires seem to instantly take over...

      -I would ALWAYS just fly once i realize im dreaming, get bore with it... then my deepest desires/needs start manifesting. Which is mostly about sex, then seeking affection. I usually wake up while having sex or after hugging

      I know deep down, i feel lack of affection from my life.

      I really want to use lucid dreaming to understand myself more, have conversation about life, but when i feel like that... i use every lucid dream to try and fulfill that desire

      I want to be able to have more control over that...

      Have you tried to hold the ground/close your eyes the moment you become lucid? That way there won't be distractions even if for a moment, in which you can properly think about what you want to do.

      Perhaps summon a DC that knows about yourself?
