I'm going to try to meditate on the images, but I am afraid of coming up with details that didn't actually happen, as my mind can wander easily. |

Sometimes I get into this weird fuzzy state where I feel like I am half here and half not here(if that makes any sense) and I start seeing small parts of dreams I had when I was very very young. They are all images that are very hard to articulate, and are very fantastical. I want to know if anyone has any techniques they have used to recall more details from dreams already had? I'm going to try to meditate on the images, but I am afraid of coming up with details that didn't actually happen, as my mind can wander easily. |

Smart! I didn't think of all the information I would be getting from it, just been focusing on the images. Now that I focus on other senses I think I can piece a little bit more of the puzzle together. I've spent a good amount of time writing down all the things I was sure of in these moments, but also some things I was not sure about at all. Why do you think I should only write down the parts I am very certain of? I'm thinking if I write down things that might have happened it could spark my memory later upon reading it. Thanks for your advice, it's greatly apreaciated! |

I know this is gonna sound weird but smell is one of the strongest senses linked to memory. if you can think of any specific smell that lingered around your house when you were a child that's not in your current one maybe you can recreate it and then attempt to purposely go into one of these states. i dont know maybe it will help. |

I agree with smell being very strong memory refresher. |

Attempt to revisit the dream in a high-awareness lucid dream. |
