Hello folks. I am trying to LD using the FILD technique. It involves waking up after exactly 3 hours of sleep. I usually set my alarm clock in 3 hours and 15 minutes where the 15 minutes is the time to sleep. However I cant wake up. My alarm on my android tablet won't wake me up. What can I do? Anyone can help me how to set my Android alarm clock so it repeats till I disable it?
Doesn't have to be just 3 hours of sleep, can be 3, 4 1/2, 6, etc
Confidence. I'm not kidding, go to bed tonight and think "wow I'm gonna lucid dream tonight it's so easy" and stuff like that. Works most of the time. But you really have to get it in to your head.
