I have managed to lucid dream one week continuosly even during naps, how to take it further?

      Good evening my friends!

Finally after about three months I have managed to lucid dream continuosly for over 4 days (with naps included) I think I could have achieved it before, yet I didn't have any kind of discipline so it took me longer.

Basically the method I have followed is to look at my hands during the dream, and in this way realize I'm sleeping. So far I believe lucid dreaming has been a nice experience to go back to Europe, to find inspiration, and also to defeat some of my fears. Most of my dreams consist of meeting some kind of foe (vampire, demon, monster) which I manage to defeat through acknowleding I'm dreaming and that I can transform into an even bigger monster to destroy this guy Another nice aspect I have found out is that through recitation of some Buddhist mantras I know, I can manage to wake up when "the dream is collapsing".

I would like to ask you fellow dreamers: From what I read here months ago, this technique I'm trying is the most basic one. What is the following technique? something more advanced?

Thanks! have a good night of action!

Wild is inducing a lucid dream while you are awake, it's for more advance people so maybe it will suit you.

I wouldn't seek an advanced way of becoming lucid, if you already have found a way that works good for you.
The next steps lie in the dream space, dream manipulation, manifestation, seeking knowledge about yourself, communicating with the unconscious, healing yourself and others from the dream state. These things take years to achieve, and years upon years to truly understand.
Start simple, by doing things you can't do in waking life, or practise a sport or skill. Do things you find interesting and funny, to train yourself to understand your dreams and desires. Eventually you will begin to see things in a different way and moving on to more complex ideas and actions.

Next time instead of obliterating the vampire, zombie, etc try to talk to it instead and ask what fear they represent and what can you do to heal it

And congrats on turning lucid so often!
