Lucid dream, within a dream - My first LD?

I've been practising dream recall for about 2 weeks now and I'm getting pretty good at it, my post is best explained through my DJ entry, so here it is. It's been elaborated for the sake of this post, sorry that it's long.

I drove to Sophie's (my girlfriend) house and was faffing around on her road, my dad then cycled up to me and warned me that there were no parking spaces at home. The next thing that I recall is I was outside my house in my car ready to park, I was about to drink an energy drink, though I'm not sure how I obtained it, I feel as though it was given to me by someone. I drank the drink and started to park my car, but the drink messed up my brain big time, and I just started screaming. I blacked out.
When I came too I was in my bed (I didn't sleep in my own bed this night) I knew instantly I was in a dream, but I didn't feel conscious, it's as though my dream self was dreaming and he knew it was a dream, and my actions from this point were chosen, but I don't think that I consciously chose them myself. I walked up to my bedroom door and said to myself 'there is a rhino behind the door' (of all the things in the world, I have no idea why I would say a rhino) and sure enough when I opened the door there was a rhino. Frightened, I quickly shut the door and said that there was a giraffe instead (again, wtf?) I opened the door and there was a giraffe in the door way.
I passed the giraffe and went into what would be my bathroom and the idea of seeing my future wife's wedding dress came into my head (the last thing I would ever want to see in a lucid dream) and in the room was a beautiful lady wearing a white dress. She looked a bit blurry so I did a stabilising technique I read about by just looking at my hands, it worked perfectly. I was asked by a voice to describe the dress, so I did. All the while I was describing the dress, the woman stood there patiently, smiling at me all the while.
Once I was finished I turned my attention to the lady in the dress, she was beautiful, maybe what I would even describe as my dream woman, I talked to her and I decided to have sex with her (now that I can agree with) so we did some stuff, I'll spare you the details.
Once I had finished I woke back in my bed (again I wasn't in my bed that night) I didn't feel as though I had woken up, but as though I had returned to my original dream. I walked around my room for like 20 seconds and then I awoke for real, in my girlfriends bed.

Can anybody she some light on this, I'm really happy with this progress but I'm confused whether I had my first LD or if it was just a vivid non LD

      Many thanks!

Congrats on your first LD! You caught a false awakening! The above quote is all you need to know in deciding if it was a lucid dream or not.
I didn't feel conscious, it's as though my dream self was dreaming and he knew it was a dream, and my actions from this point were chosen, but I don't think that I consciously chose them myself.
It's like this in low level LDs where you're barely lucid such as the one yours started out as. . Your lucidity increased a bit though as the dream went on.
