how can I get more awareness in dreams and how to prevent slow walking in the dreams?

Hi! My name is Wai Yan Minn, 20 years old from Myanmar. I've tried to get LDs and OBE for three years. But I've only got a little advantages that I could only reach free floating stage of mind. But last three weeks, I got awareness in my dream and I started to explore my dream. But when I started to move, my legs became so slow and there was very strange vibration on my body. Then, I woke up. After that dream, I lost my lucidity in dreams. How can I try to get strong awareness or conciousness in the dreams. And why did my legs become slow in my LD.

It seems you are lacking clarity in your dreams, friend. There are many ways to "stabilize" dreams when its hard to focus on things, sound is distorted, it feels like walking underwater, ect. The biggest thing to remember is that it is all in your mind. When you become lucid, try and stabilize your dream. Some people do this by spinning around a few times, others, by saying "stabilize" in a loud and clear voice. For more specifics, i'd check out the "dream control" board.

Yeah shout "DREAM CLARITY" it works for me, sometimes you gotta do it real loud. Times I've LD'd I also rubbed my hands together just to be safe. It gets unreal clear, though. Like after a few minutes I had to do another RC cuz I thought it was real life for a sec.

After reading Robert Waggoner's book "Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self" I'm convinced there is an awareness, or inner ego, behind the dream, more powerful and knowledgeable than we can ever understand. That awareness will often answer to your desires if you wish for it in a mannered way. If the dream seems unclear and unstable, ask for clarity and stability. You can either ask a dream character, or the more preferred way of asking the dream itself by just shouting out.
In fact, you can ask the dream anything you wish, and in most cases the awareness will respond in some way.
