Hey guys.

Im new to Lucid Dreaming, however ive read a lot about it. Ive recently been having some issues with my dream recall, so i decided to wake up at 3AM and then wake up after 90 mins, and again and again, so that i can recall my dreams. When i woke up next morning; i could remember three dreams and i was half lucid in one dream. I realized i was dreaming during the Hipnopumpic stage when my dream was fading, so i started rubbing my hands together and got lucid.
So my question is; is it okay for my body to wake up every 90 mins every night, or am i going to have like a heart attack or something in a month or so? I dont have any health issues though. However this technique is very useful for dream recall.
