I'm at the point now where I want to find my rem cycle, for a number of reasons.

The problem is that I don't get particularly much sleep in the night. I usually sleep between 10:30-11:30 and wake up at 05:30 due to work.

Is this enough sleep to be able to find my REM cycle? And how do I do so? I assume that it is enough sleep as I'm still able to recall several dreams In the morning.

I don't think that I wake up after a dream, I'm quite a heavy sleeper.
