Hello, I think I almost did a DEILD last night. I was traveling by train and fell asleep. I woke up multiple times and eventually I managed not to move and open my eyes. I immediately started seeing and feeling(!) a very realistic scene from a dream. What bothers me is the fact that i felt I was moving my hands in a dream, yet heard the noises of the train in the reality. Then I "woke up".
What was that? Very realistic hypnagogia? It seemed to be as real as a dream.
