      A state between a dream and reality

      Hello, I think I almost did a DEILD last night. I was traveling by train and fell asleep. I woke up multiple times and eventually I managed not to move and open my eyes. I immediately started seeing and feeling(!) a very realistic scene from a dream. What bothers me is the fact that i felt I was moving my hands in a dream, yet heard the noises of the train in the reality. Then I "woke up".
      What was that? Very realistic hypnagogia? It seemed to be as real as a dream.

      The hallucinations you experience during falling asleep feel as real as reality. I usually hear someone walking beside my bed and it sounds excatly same as real sounds. way i can tell the difference is trough reasoning.
      Remember this next time that when experience these realistic dream scenes you are most likely already dreaming.
