      WILD During Nap?

Is it possible to use WILD while napping? Also, is it possible to listen to music to alleviate the boredom?

Yes, using WILD before taking a nap is possible, and sometimes rather easy. A lot of adults have REM cycles in the afternoon.

I have no opinion on using music. It could ruin your concentration, really depends.

Hell yea you can WILD during a nap. I find it a lot easier to do when I take a nap within 4 hours after I wake up, I guess it would be considered more like a WBTB then.
Around the 4 hour mark I tend to go into a deeper sleep and I can still have lucid dreams but they tend to be more difficult to wake up from, and I sometimes feel super lethargic in the dream (to the point of being paralyzed within the dream). I've experienced this a few times in the last couple weeks actually as a result of taking a nap too late in the afternoon and I've had long cycles of false awakenings where I started to feel a bit trapped within a dream. (This is just what happens for me)

Strange, huh! I would usually love to feel like I was so securely in a dream but it's a pretty uncomfortable feeling in those cases.

As for music to alleviate boredom, I don't quite understand, are you bored when trying to WILD?

It takes a while for sleep paralysis and the HI to kick in, so I can get bored, yeah.
