I just got a fitbit flex. It has a vibrating alarm capability...i did a quick test and seemed pretty interesting. Anyone ever try one to see if it can be used to help induce lucidity? |

I want to get a vibrating watch that can be programmed to go off for only 5 seconds every 5 minutes |

I think it's a great idea. You may have to set strong intention to notice the buzzing to counteract getting accustomed to it. Or set it to go off in different patterns, etc. |
