I like this thread. This is my first post on the site, so I'll make it count

I've been trying to LD for around 3 months now, with no success. I've been trying since my first lucid dream, about 6 months ago, or rather since I found out what my first LD was. I hadn't heard of lucid dreaming before then, well I had heard of it, but I didn't really know anything about it. So I've been trying WILD, DILD, MILD, WBTB, DEILD, etc., to no avail. But I am determined to do it.

Tonight I will have a lucid dream.

I'm going to be taking 400mg of B6 soon, just before bed, then I'll wake up after, say, 3 REM cycles, and take another 200mg. I will then attempt a WILD. Hopefully this will work. And good luck to everyone else who is trying tonight

This thread does not work for all. I posted here and nothing...I wish to expose the truth about this thread! It only works for those who believe in it an I'm afraid I can't believe it will be so easy as posting in this thread. I don't want to give so much power to something outside of myself. I wish myself to allow myself to lucid dream. That would be a true achievement!

I posted two days ago, saying that I'd have an LD. Well, I didn't. I took a load of supplements and nothing happened. However...

Last night, I decided to take a break from trying to LD. I've heard that trying too much can prevent your progress, so I thought that I'd take a break for a couple of days. This morning, I was dreaming the the Lady Melisandre (I'd been watching Game Of Thrones last night

) was in my house. Long story short, I realised that I had to be dreaming because... well, wtf else would she be doing in my house? I never seem to realise that I'm dreaming. But this morning, I did become lucid, only I woke up pretty much straight after I realised. I think I'm going to continue down the DILD route, and try to spot dream signs.

All right, I'll give this a try since it's been over a week since my last lucid dream, and even then it was disappointing, and almost two weeks since my last good lucid dream.

Hey, I'll try anything. I am posting here, so I definitely WILL have a lucid dream tonight! That would make it my first one... somehow some amazing things happen in my dreams but I never once consider that I might be dreaming.
