Thread: Awaking after RC(Dild)

Sup guys.
I am RCing about ten times a day and I am happy to say that they follow me into the dreams which means that I get lucid. However when I RC, things start fading away. I have tried palm-rubbing, spinning, and all that stuff but no luck at all. Also I don't think it's excitement that wakes me up(had about 30 of these moments in two months).
So is there anything I can do?

There is always something you can do. You're never stuck in lucid dreaming.

Believe it or not, this actually probably is excitement, because it still happens to me a lot.
It may not feel like excitement because it's a different kind of excitement. It's a feeling of almost being overwhelmed. It could also be a lack of focus. Try to just stare at something the next time you get lucid.

Just my guess.

When you 'wake up' from excitement, do a reality check. You never know if your dreamscape changed into an FA, right? It's happened to me once when I did an RC.

Remind yourself as you drift off to sleep that you will not be get very excited, that you will remain calm, etc.

"I remain calm when I turn lucid" "When I RC, my dream quality increases." Etc.

Also, for me works awesomely to grab something from the Dreamworld and rub it in your hands (rubbing my own hands is not my favorite one, but holding on something from the dream world works amazingly well.)
