      Nrem dreaming?

I have been having lately much more these different kind of dreams. In these dreams i am really aware of my physical body and can move it if i want but if i close my eyes i see dreams. Its like i can look into a dream while completely aware of my physical body and senses. In these dreams i dont usually have a body. I just look into some scenary with dream characters except i can feel what the DC feel. Usually when this type of dream happens i just wait until and try to get sunk into the dream. After a while i feel like myself getting sucked into that dream and become part of it. This were the normal lucid dream starts.
I have been thinking is this dreaming in nrem?
In normal lucid dream you just are there in that dream but in those nrem dreams it feels like you just watch that dream from physical body.

Is usualy NREM2 or SOREM . If have this stable scene dreams is realitively easi enter to them. In dream you do not have dream body automaticly sometimes you must create it or dream body is to week and it in with collision with physical ones. Vision have preception priority over proprioreception that menans if you see dream body it is tronger than precived position of your physical body . Try see hand in the dream and if possible also make some interaction .

Also helps focus to image or its parts , is importatnt do his only if you have scene like imagere with fill whole visual fileld . If do it in earlier stage whre images fill only part of visual field it can destroy image by focusing to physical vision. In this early stage eyes do not move.

      ----
I have also some strange dream lately in morning i have dream also physical feeling of body .The stange thing i "see" dream without have any image and in same time have image. Is very hard to desribe sometimes is more like knowing whats going in dream istead of normal visual preception .Also it can be experience of dream with more conceptual form or like 2 separate data channels without mixing it together.
Good trick for dream exploration mutiply yourself and send every copy to another dirrection. I once try 7 bodyes but i can manage max 3 at once and use switching to others.

Its hard do describe it but what you said sound same to my experience. This type of dreaming isnt problem for me because i can control that image and dream story before actually stepping into the dream. If i try too early to make the dream happen it just end up really unstable and i wake up.
