Very strange dream/vision

So I woke up at around 5 am and stayed up until around 7 as I feel asleep I started feeling a very tingly energy in my brain and I could move this energy around my body. I moved it into the center of my spine. And so on so forth. As I fell farther asleep I knew I was in my room but an eerie feeling came over me. I opened my eyes to see a pentagram with a skull in the center on my television facing me. I felt like there was an evil energy next to me. Over me I was paranoid about what to do.then I realized that energy was transferable and I absorbed it through my hands. It was Magnificent.then I heard my phone playing the song warlocks by red hot chilli peppers.i was confused as to how music started playing so I woke myself to turn it off only for it to never have been on in the first place. I was awake now and baffled

Hallucinations dude. You can have not only totally realistic visual and auditory hallucinations, but weird "feelings" too like that feeling of an evil presence. What you should do is close your eyes and imagine a place you will be in if you open them or some other dream-entering technique and hopefully you can enter a lucid dream.

Sweet, sounds awesome. Sounds like you were on the cusp between dream and sleep, and you just transitioned rather smoothly into dream. That is my interpretation. Keep it up!
