For example, I want to be furry in my next FA. Is there a way to "program" something like this beforehand? Or maybe I'll want my dream window open so I don't have to waste time breaking it or opening it manually to get outside. |

Mainly with things like this you have the same ideas about programming stuff like this: |
|
These are the three tools that people use to "program" their dreams. If you want to program FAs, which are just a specific scene in a dream, starting with the three existing methods of dream changing would be your best bet. If you have any questions about incubation let me know. Expectation is probably the hardest to change, and for you, lucid dreaming would be your best bet I think. |

By incubation I assume you're not talking about eggs. Is there a list of ways to do this? |

Create a prospective memory trigger with a mantra. It's not quite incubating the whole scene. It's more narrowly focused on one particular detail. But I find that it's more reliable than trying to incubate the whole scene. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
Also...FAs are uncommon for me and I was wondering how to make them happen more often during non-lucid dreams. |

More FAs, hmm. Not sure but your best bet is probably some external stimuli that disturbs your sleep just enough to cause an FA, but not enough to wake you. You could open the window shades to allow more sunlight in the morning (depends where you live and the arrangement of your bedroom, though). Or use a lamp on a timer to similar effect. Or an alarm with sound or vibration low enough that it doesn't wake you. |
