Honestly I feel like my biggest problem with LDing is not having a good sleep schedule. Not sleeping enough makes me less likely to have vivid dreams, and far less likely to keep a DJ when I wake up tired in the morning. Experienced LDers, how much do you sleep every night? Describe your sleep routine. Do you stop using the computer an hour before bed? Meditate? Go to bed at the same time every night? If you WBTB, how much do you sleep before and after the WBTB? |
