Yesterday night I had a WILD when I was going to sleep. After 3 times DEILD. All together the LD-ing was no longer then 5-10 minutes (OK I know, no REM). It was nice, I tried out some things.

This is sometimes happening with me because of the intensive meditations what I make before sleep. It looks like after a time I will find it normal that I don’t daydream (zoomed out in fantasy land) before I fall asleep. I begin to enjoy the challenge in staying aware.
If somebody stays motivated and persistent, plus the power for gently pushing his capabilities, then after a time he/she will always start the night with a WILD. Or not?

For me it is not a problem to give +1 hour to the night. I am not sure how long I meditate, but sometimes I think it is around one hour. I think the trick for making it shorter is very deep relaxation.
The meditation is worth. The LD is short, but for me (as a beginner) it is cool. If I don’t feel fatigue, I continue with my night time meditations.
