After taking a long hiatus from RC'ing and general awareness I'm looking to develop some special reality checks and after reading that thread on mindfulness I have noticed a few prevalent themes in my dreams that could used as RC's but I'm not sure how.

  • I can never seem to run properly in my dreams, my body always feels slow and takes a lot of energy to move my limbs, as if air was a thick liquid.
  • In addition to my first theme I can never throw punches or kick in situations where I need to.
  • If I am, say in deep water, I have great trouble breathing even I come to the surface.
  • My dreams involve a lot of falling/being airborne/fighting/corridors.


So along with the standard reality checks like nose plugging and self awareness I was wondering if there are anyways I could work some specialized reality checks into my routine from the points above. I mean I cant exactly sprint all the time in real life and check if my body feels normal and I don't have access to a swimming pool Thanks for the help.
