      My 3rd lucid dream!!

I had a very long dream. In the end i where somewhere i know so i saw a workshop (in real life where a market) so i said this happens in dreams and said this is a dream out loud.
The dream began unstabilising so i rubbed my hands together and looked at them very deep.
And the dream stabilised. It was very very vivid, like real life, i was very happy.
I wanted to fly so i began runing with my friend and jumped 2m on a building than i saw my friend unable to do like me , so i standed on my handsbut i felt the sensation that i want to pee (lol) so i peed and i woked up 9:30 way further than my sleep time and wanted to pee(lol).
The dream was too long that i write it here (on my journal 3pages and a half).
Yesterday i posted on the thread : If you post here you lucid dream tonight (lol).
But i think the dream was low lucidity because when i woked up i felt the sensation that i wasn't a lot aware and wasn't very lucid in the dream. Any advice or it is normal.
      Sorry for the english.

I am confused. At the beginning you said it was very very vivid...then at the end you said it must have been low level lucid because it wasn't very vivid. Are you talking about two different dreams, or the vivid dream became less vivid after you awoke?
