Use of crystals for dream Recal

I know there are different methods for remembering dreams, some that we even have made ourselves

I have some clear Quartz Crystals, that I have been trying to program to remember my dreams.

For instance I would make an intention that the crystal would remember the dream and when
I next held it in the palm of my hand that I would get a flash or quick imagery of what the dream was about.

So far I have had little success. I did manage one day to get a sensation which related to the dream I had.

I felt a chill and liquid touch my body when I touched the crystal This was natural of course because it was dream about mermaids

But imagery is difficult, not saying i'm giving up, but I wondered if anyone had any advice, about what else
I should try, to be able to remember more and feel more.

The crystals work because you are just expecting to happen, this is how MILD works you have the intention to remember your dreams. But the crystal help a little bit because it give you more confedence that it will work.

Yea it's probably the same as when for example I take the dream journal in my hands my brain knows what's coming so it's easier to remember.

Crystals hold no special power at all. The new age belief that they do is just nonsense that's making crystal miners and new age shop owners a lot of money from the gullible. It's also damaging the planet.
Instead of hoping that a rock will have some magical power over your dreams/body/psychology try actually putting some hard work into learning the skills needed to lucid dream!

Learning about the brain is WAY more interesting and is actually REAL unlike that the warm fluffy BS you'll read in crystal healing books.
