Can i eat during the waking time of WBTB technique ? How many hours can i stay awake ?

It's definitely not harmful to eat when doing a WBTB.. It's not any magical voodoo that requires very specific conditions to work.. you just wake up and go back to sleep. If you feel as though you can eat before you go to bed and not have it harm your ability to go to sleep, then by all means do. It all depends on you. You just have to balance it out between not feeling too tired and not feeling too awake. Some people don't usually stay up hours, but if it works for you then go ahead.

Usually when I WBTB I go use the bathroom, grab a drink and smoke a cig, it leaves me even calmer then when I wake up and I get to take care of a few of my needs. And it's never usually hours, it's usually minutes. Anywhere from 1-30 sounds about right, and it's up to you to find that perfect routine for you. So if you need to relieve your bowels then mic some food eat and fall back asleep it's fine.
