Dat thread. So many informations I can't even comprehend them! |

I usually stay awake for about half an hour since I like to feel quite awake. I know it's longer than most tho |
|
Yeah, after about 5 hrs sleep then I usually stay up for between 10 to 40 minutes depending, where I have a mooch around the house, etc. If I remember a dream beforehand then I include the actual write up in the notes as well. |

I realized the best time for me is about 2 hours. It took me a while to figure this out because I always only stayed up for less than an hour before, and I rarely got lucid. When I wbtb for about 2 hours, I dunno why, but I get lucid. I guess it really is different for everyone. This is probably because of my sleep schedule and workload or something. |

Actually I know that this might surprise you (it really surprised me anyway), but Stephen LaBerges original Wake Back to Bed goes like this. |
