      Wbtb

I find this type of induction the easiest.
      Good day.

Awesomesauce. I love WBTB as well. Do you pair it with any other technique? Lol

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Dat thread. So many informations I can't even comprehend them!

But if we are talking about WBTB here, I will contribute, how long are you guys staying up before going to bed again?

I usually stay awake for about half an hour since I like to feel quite awake. I know it's longer than most tho

Yeah, after about 5 hrs sleep then I usually stay up for between 10 to 40 minutes depending, where I have a mooch around the house, etc. If I remember a dream beforehand then I include the actual write up in the notes as well.

I realized the best time for me is about 2 hours. It took me a while to figure this out because I always only stayed up for less than an hour before, and I rarely got lucid. When I wbtb for about 2 hours, I dunno why, but I get lucid. I guess it really is different for everyone. This is probably because of my sleep schedule and workload or something.

Actually I know that this might surprise you (it really surprised me anyway), but Stephen LaBerges original Wake Back to Bed goes like this.

      1. Set you alarm - Before going to bed, set your alarm to awaken you two to three hours earlier than usual, and go to sleep at your normal time.
2.Get out of bed promptly in the morning - When your alarm goes off, get out of bed immediately. You are going to stay awake for two to three hours. Go about you business until about a half hour before returning to bed.
      3. Focus on your intention for your lucid dreams - blablabla he described the MILD technique.

But as you can see the optimal WBTB (stay up) time is 2-3 hours, according to his experiments. How long is your WBTB time and when do you do it? =)
