Minor Annoyance, help?

Okay, so, every time I wake up from a lucid dream, I can't move (Sleep Paralysis I think). It's not a big deal, as I can easily move again by struggling to move, but it gets annoying. Does this happen to anyone else, and is it possible to prevent it? Thanks in advance.

Lay still and use the first couple minutes to recall your dreams. Wiggle your toes for a bit before trying to move.
