I would tell you to try verbal commands, but if you can't speak it would be difficult |

Lately, I tend to notice I'm dreaming a lot. Yet I can never control my dreams. I always end up half-awake if I try to imagine a new character. I've tried grounding myself in the dream and nothing gives. It's either a false-awakening or I give up to wake up. Lol. Any help would be loved <3 |

Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.
What are you doing to ground yourself? have you read the tutorial? Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views |

Hmmmm... speech was always off and on for me in dreams. That is why it isn't a major part of my dream control. I would recommend looking at what you can control and using that to control the rest. You can control your body? text someone and tell them to bring what you need. You need to use the dream control that you can do to accomplish the dream control that you can't and eventually more awareness, experience, and creativity will lead you to more awesome lucids. |

How long have you been lucid for every single dream but had no control? Practice makes perfect. Just keep trying and KNOW that if you keep trying you'll improve. Have the confidence and self-esteem and the knowing that you can do it. Try different methods like for talking see if you can do something like make clicking noises with your mouth first or something, see if you can cough, see if you can breathe loud etc... for summoning, try things like spin around and imagine it being there when you've finished turning, or open a door imaginging that they are on on the other side etc... It's easier said than done when you find yourself not being able to do something, but it's all about your will/intent and thought process. |
