So I have been hovering around DreamViews for about 1-2 months now just reading up on lucid dreaming. I have followed a couple of different guides on how to start lucid dreaming and such, but I want to hear from you guys. So, here is my story so far: After learning about lucid dreaming from numerous forums, I finally found a bunch of tutorials on DreamViews. When I first started learning about/experimenting lucid dreaming, I was following a DILD tutorial by the user "gab" (I would post the actual tutorial link here, but I need to wait 3 days ). While using his technique for about 2-3 weeks, I did have numerous vivid/clear dreams and I believe one lucid dream. I did indeed write down descriptions from the dreams on my phone, as a sort of journal. After doing this tutorial, I kind of took a break from lucid dreaming all together. About 5 days ago, I just got back into things. I noticed using the DILD method was a bit harder than expected, so I began to learn about the WILD technique. The WILD tutorial I followed was on DV and posted by the user "KingYoshi" who seemed to have very good rep. So far, I haven't attempted a full WILD following his method (I've been basically just studying it for now), but I plan to do one either tonight or tomorrow night.
So, to cut to the chase, I am here looking for advice on achieving lucid dreams.
My main question is: What is the best method for starting out?
*Side Note*: I have also seen posts from multiple websites about Vitamin B6 and it increasing dream recall/clarity. I am aware that this vitamin doesn't really spark lucid dreams, but do you guys have feedback on it? I am debating on whether or not to buy it, but I want to hear from the community.
