      Snooze Induced Lucidity - Demonstration

I was bored and decided to try to capture the feeling of lucidity and dreams on video. In the video I wake up over and over until I wake up in the dream, which is a method I have used in the past. Basically you snooze with an alarm over and over and pump your critical thinking center of the brain and make it more and more active. In this example I woke up from two dreams and in order to make it more realistic I was not fully lucid and started using superpowers, but I was rather partially lucid and just suspected that it was a dream. So in the first two dreams I was not aware that something was weird, but in the garden I was aware of the fact that I was laying in a bed and therefore the fact that I was in a garden was strange.

In this example I was excited and wrote down my dreams immediatelly, what I actually should have done would be to go back to sleep and go even deeper.

I did this for fun but I realised that it can work as inspiration and motivation perhaps even be educational as well.

      I hope you like it.

      Peace.

Sounds very effective, though doesn't the snooze eventually become the ultimate lucid killer? Cause if you finally enter a lucid dream you'll be woken up in less than 10 minutes!
If you read this do a reality check, you will thank me later...

True. Unless, you use a customised timer And if you wake up in REM it's very easy to chain the dream.

Isn't that like mini wbtbs + MILD? Waking up for moments then getting back to sleep, all with the intention to become lucid when you re enter the dream.

      Anyways, great video!!

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

      Glad you people liked it.

Yes in a technique perspective it's Mini WBTBs and MILD/ DEILD.

But it's all based on the idea that you become more critical and aware after each awakening.

I will work hard to tweak this method and make it something that can be done with consistency. And perhaps make a new video while at it.

Sweet dreams are made of this.
