Hi! I'm having a problem with WILD. I've been trying this technique for a month now and so far I've had sleep paralysis and hypnagogia once. The problem that always gets me from having a lucid dream is falling asleep so fast. I always think that I'm going to do it that night but I fall asleep too quickly! I try to stay focus but I just shut down. I do WBTB after 5 hours. I go to bed at 10:00 and wake up naturally at 3:00.

So questions:
How can I stay awake enough that I can go into a lucid dream?
