      Extremly hard to visualize?

Okay, to start off when I listen to an audio track that guides you into becoming more conscious I have trouble visualizing.
      For example:

''Visualize that you're in a field with a bright blue sky and three white clouds.''

I understand that you don’t directly see the visualization but it is present in your mind, when I'm going to sleep this happens automatic without any thoughts needed a scenario plays, though it is extremely difficult to do this on demand/someone tells me what I should see.

It makes me frustrated that it is so fake and it really takes away the relaxation where I'm left with a numb body and a bad mindset.

Tomorrow I'll do a wbtb + guided meditation.

Instead of doing it during the guided meditation, you could just visualise a relaxong scenario that you create of your own.

Obviously practice makes perfect also if you practice outside of the guided meditation.. The guided meditation would be that much easier.

I use to do 30 minutes of visualisation and It got very very realistic in about 3 weeks, it only took that long because I wasn't really trying.

I've stopped now because I ran into a block wall ahah couldn't maintain the image ahah

      Hope this has helped

I recommend starting with something that you can visualize very easily. Then move on to more difficult things. You should be able to visualize things that you know really well easier than things you don't know as well. Maybe visualize what you would see if your eyes were open? Or a place that you find relaxing that you have been to before? I create places to visualize, but I started with visualizing my surroundings, and then to things I like, like tv shows and anime. Then moved onto things that I had never seen (mainly books) and then I created my own stuff.

I can only clearly visualize when I close my eyes and just let it be. Suggestion (even from my own) is pretty hard for me.
