Instead of doing it during the guided meditation, you could just visualise a relaxong scenario that you create of your own. |

I recommend starting with something that you can visualize very easily. Then move on to more difficult things. You should be able to visualize things that you know really well easier than things you don't know as well. Maybe visualize what you would see if your eyes were open? Or a place that you find relaxing that you have been to before? I create places to visualize, but I started with visualizing my surroundings, and then to things I like, like tv shows and anime. Then moved onto things that I had never seen (mainly books) and then I created my own stuff. |

I can only clearly visualize when I close my eyes and just let it be. Suggestion (even from my own) is pretty hard for me. |
