      WILD question.

Hey guys. Yesterday i finally was able to get into sleep paralysis. I did everything right. I laid still, didn't swallow. After a minute of focusing on my legs they started to paralyse. Everything happened as it was supposed to however when it came to transitioning stage, well that never worked. I saw flashes and heard a screams and those hallucination but i never got into a dream. What am i doing wrong?

Hi, after those flashes and screams did everything simple end? did you think that the WILD had failed and you were no lying in your bed wondering what happened? If so theres a massive chance thats you were in a false awakening!!!!! This happens not all the time with WILD but MOST of the time. You MUST do a reality check in these circumstances. Plug your nose and see if you can breath. if you can then simply get our of bed, stabalize the dream ( which will probably be in an exact replica of your bedroom) and then open a door or window and fly away on a lucid adventure.

My first 3 WILDs went like this: relax for ages, all the freaky stuff and then nothing, silence, back in my bed dissapointed! BUT then each time i thought i may as well do a reality check just to tick the box as it were, and each time realized I was actually dreaming. I got out of bed (felt just like getting up in the morning) looked out the window and saw illogical stuff and then flew straight through the window out onto the street and into a lucid adventure

Ezzo... sounds to me that you actually had an OBE and not a LD those 3 times.

WILD techniques and OBE techniques are very very similar, usually while trying to do one the other happens, its gone both ways for me

Id64, I do agree with ezzo though... maybe you were actually projecting already or maybe you just got too excited and broke the delicate state of mind required. Next time do a RC just in case! And stay calm of course!
