      Writing dreams.

      Hey.

I discovered lucid dreaming about 4 years ago. I had 2 notebooks with ~30 pages of dreams. I think it`s not many. I would like to ask you, how are you writing your dreams? I`m looking for a good Windows and Android app with password protection. I spend a few hours a day looking at the screen and I always forget to write down my dream in notebook. I have my phone with me everywhere so it will be the best option. Any recomendations?

Hi xSkyer, I recently downloaded an application from the Google Play Store called "Lucid Dreamer". It's actually quite versatile, it has a dream journal, a reality check reminder, and quite a few features ranging from binaural beats to induce lucid dreaming to 'paralyzer', an application that induces sleep paralysis by beeping in intervals to entertain your conscious mind while letting your body fall asleep. When you first download it, I believe you can only use the binaural beat feature, but for $7 you unlock all of the features which I believe to be very useful.

      Good luck!

Welcome xSkyer! I love the Awoken app for Android. It is free but they have a cheap feature where you can back up to the cloud with password protection. I was able to retrieve my previous dream journals when I got a new phone just by reinstalling the app and logging in. You can easily dictate your dreams and the app will type it out for you or you can use any voice recognition built into your phone. It also has RC reminders with differing messages, it can play dream clues during the night, and you can track your dream signs quite easily with it.

      Hey.

Awoken app works pretty good. Are there any other apps on Windows with phone - PC synchronization?

I use google docs. It is password protected as you can just log in and log off and you can access if from anywhere - PC, tablet, phone etc. There's also an app for it for both IOS and android
      Happy dreaming!

Google docs doesn't look good for me on mobile. Still waiting for other options.

I'm tend to organize things a bit too much and doesn't help I have a touch of OCD. I use Evernote to write and organize my dreams, it has tagging option to which I find useful if I want to refer later.
