      WBTB work for me; I wake up after 6 or 8 hours of sleep, I stay awake for about 1 hour or 2hours(in books they will tell you to stay awake for 30 mins, but it doesn't work for me) then I go back to sleep. The more time I spend awake, the more chance to have a lucid dream increase, but it's just me.
