Ok, so ive been trying to lucid dream for like 1 1/2 years on and off, and i still haven't done it! I used to keep a dream journal but stoped. I think the reason why i havent had a LD yet is because i never stuck to a technique. for example i would do a reality check one day, do none the next, do 20 the next day so on and so fourth. My plan is to start up my journals again and stick to ONE LD'ing technique. Should i start with WILD,MILD,DIDL,WBTB, or FILD. thanks! |

Begin with wake back to bed. It's the easiest one to start off with, you don't even have to stay up very long for it to be effective. |
