Welcome to Dream Views!

So you're looking for a quick, easy method that will work for you. I'm afraid that there is no definite technique that fits this description. Lucid dreaming can take a little practice and while some methods work great for some people, for others it doesn't. It's kind of trial and error. On the other hand, don't get frustrated if a method doesn't work for you right away. It can take a few tries to get it right.

Now I can't guarantee any method for you, but I can give some advice. Start with a dream journal and reality checks, if you haven't already. Just through this you might have some spontaneous DILDs. Since you don't want to get up in the night, it sounds like you'll have to stick with MILDs and DILDs. Good job on creating a vivid dream through MILD. Keep trying and you'll become lucid through some method. You said you get up early for school, but maybe you can try WILDs on the weekends.

There are tutorials all over this website so I'm sure you can find techniques to try that will work for you. Good luck!
