I take issue with all of the posts saying 'this is the easiest' or 'no practice technique'. There is no shortcut to lucid dreaming. You can try all of those methods, but they may or may not be the best for you just because they are best for others.

About SP, I have not experienced it, but what I understand is that you should just relax. I know it's hard to not think of something frightening when you're telling yourself not to think about it, but think about positive things. Think about how you're happy you might have a lucid dream soon, but don't get too excited. Close your eyes and imagine a scene or your last dream. It should slowly materialize. When it does you should slowly move and feel the dream. Stabilize and you should be good to go. You can look up other techniques if I didn't describe it well enough.
