hey, i can say that in very unexperienced with lucid dreams. Can you guys please tell me which method is best before going to bed at night ,or what should i do before going to bed? i usualy wake up after every dream cycle, that would be about 2 or 3 am. i've tried mild, but no success.Funny is that , once i started kept saying to myself before going to sleep , that i would remember my dreams, my dream recall has got worse and can i use wild method when i take afternoon nap?

You should take a look around the forums, there is SO MUCH information that you will get a better idea then what I can write in a reply.

Basically it varies for everyone, but most people practice all day awareness, reality checks during the day and mantras. There is loads more though. Look through the tutorials here, they include loads of info that really helped me.

I would suggest 1st things 1st you need to get a good dream recall by keeping a dream journal.

Also, you can use WILD in an afternoon nap.

      Happy dreaming!

      Ooh, their breath is warm
      And they smell like sleep
And they say they take me home
      Like poppies heavy with seed
They take me deeper and deeper

The only technique you can do before bed is MILD, so keep at it!

I would also suggest MILD/DILD. Also check out the Beginners guide to get a better idea about basics of lucid dreaming. After that, you can find tons of great info in Wiki. Good luck and Happy dreams.
