Well good news, that was a lucid dream. To define a dream as lucid, you simply have to be aware, while you are in the dream, that you are dreaming. It doesn't matter if the control, or vividness was perfect, or if the scenes changed or even if you forgot later on in the dream that you were dreaming. The more controlled, elongated and vivid lucid dreams will come with time. The point is, you got there and so incredibly congratulations!
