How useful is deep breathing |
|
I didn't actually try it because i only use Stop drop and roll and also because of sleep breathing requires to record the actual breath while sleeping. But i recommend to see for your self. GOOD LUCK. ; ) |

In regards to reverse blinking, how long should it be done for? As well when I do it, my eyes are exposed to my fan so does that do anything? |

Deep breathing is naturally relaxing. Alan Wallace's "infirmary" technique is very good and can be found in the first episode of his Dream Yoga podcast through Upaya Zen Center online (it's free). Also, it can be found in the beginning of his book Dreaming Yourself Awake. Essentially, you lie on your back in corpse pose and allow your attention to scan the body at will, but release other thoughts. There are other aspects, but essentially, just lying in the body, and not much else. |
