I use my natural wake up times during the night, when it's crossed the 4-5 Hour mark, I will get up for a WBTB and will then return to bed for a peaceful, relaxed, passively vigilant transition to the WILD.
Sometimes it's trial and error and I fall asleep and I get lucid with a dild.
But I always try a WILD after WBTB , using natural wake up cycles. I don't monitor. I stay relaxed.
