These next few night i intend to try the WBTB method. I have tried a few times before and have had no sucess with it, but of course im gonna keep trying. The only thing im having trouble with is when i wake up from the alarm. I try to stay awake for about 20 or 30 minutes but i dont know what to do during this time. Should i play on my phone or is there some other no electrical activity that i could do while i pass the time? Suggestions please
