      I have some questions about Binaural Beats

      So I have been practicing to have a lucid dream for maybe six months now. I'm not trying to be impatient or anything, I just want some advice from my friends at DV. So I found a channel on YouTube called Binaural Beats Sounds. They have lots of things for lucid dreaming and I was just wondering, should I use this to help get a WILD? I read in the comments about people getting those successfully with successful lucid dreams. Should I skip DILD? I don't know, so Ill just see what you people have to say, cause it usually does help. Thanks for reading!

      i had using that binaural beats when wbtb sometimes and i had 3LD with it all my ld was 3 so i think its helpful

      It is recommended that you learn DILD first but if you want to go for WILD then go ahead.

      There are many article on this site which gives different ways for you to enter a WILD.

      Some use white noise, some use pain and others put a vibrater on there leg.
