      ADA question please

So im still on my journey to finding my way to lucid dream alot more than i am doing....for anyone that remembers from previous posts i have put...the last one i am currently still doing but a question that i think i might know the answer to but would like detailed answers is...
I do all day awareness mainly when i take the dogs out which is 3 times a day so...not very much...but what i have realised is how i am as a person in my dreams.....maybe most people are like this....you find yourself in the middle of something weather its a fight or running away from somethings scary etc.
When i do ADA i focus on my breathing and how my clothes feel etc then maybe other senses...but in my dreams it seems that all my ADA has done is make my dreams more realistic which seems then just as hard to realise im.dreaming.
This may sound obvious to the experienced but iv just figured out that...if in my real life i constantly ask myself things like where am i? How did i get here? Then surely that in itself is a reality check but surely the more i do this everyday the more i will do it in my dreams.....mastering this maybe my path....ofcourse if i stick to it and do it enough throughout the day? Sorry its a long message and i appreciate those who read it all =)

In case you're not doing it already, you should continue try to your practice for the entire time you're in bed, whether you're dreaming or not. This is more effective than completely setting it aside for the night while hoping that something during the dream will remind you to continue it.
