Before anyone says anything, yes, I know that having a full night of sleep is best for lucid dreaming. I'm aware that getting only 4-5 hours of sleep per night is less than ideal for learning how to lucid dream. But, I believe that it's still possible to learn while not getting enough sleep. Besides, I'm losing sleep because I'll be at work, so I kind of have to do it. So, do any of ya'll have tips or techniques for learning LDs while only getting 4 or 5 hours of sleep per night? I'd obviously still keep dream journaling, I'd still repeat a mantra in my head before I go to sleep, but beyond that...
Most of the techniques I've read about require...more sleep than I'd be getting.
Thanks.
