Can you give us some more info? What technique have you been using? How long have you been using it? How frequently do you practice the technique? There's a ton of factors that can be in play when you're lacking on LDs. If one technique is stagnating, it may be time to change it up a bit. You want to be sure you're working on whichever technique you're using. If you're trying to use ADA but barely ever put any effort into your daily awareness, you're not going to have much success. Lucid dreaming is a constant effort. Just because you're successful doesn't mean you can stop whatever you were doing to get successful, as is the case with anything that requires practice.

I can give a more in depth answer once I know what your circumstances are, though .

Hello, think of it like this, your awareness is a bottle of fuel, you only have a little bit of fuel left. You may be able to start the motorbike a couple of times but after that you need to refill your tank. Your awareness is the fuel, keep building up your awareness then you'll have more fuel to start the motorbike.
